Who to contact
Nuvrix Connect is responsible for the use of information described in this notice. For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, email info@nuvrixconnect.com.
This notice covers our website and project enquiries. Any handling of client data as part of a service is addressed separately in the relevant project agreement.
Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company, selected services, and project description. If you email us directly, we receive your message, email address, and any information or attachments you choose to include.
Our hosting service processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, request times, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry endpoint also uses IP addresses for a short-lived attempt limit to reduce abuse.
Please do not include passwords, access credentials, or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need the required fields to process a form submission.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal, and manage related correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors, and prevent misuse.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, responding to requests about a potential contract may involve steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Handling enquiries on behalf of a company and protecting the website serve our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective clients and maintaining a secure service. Legal obligations may require us to retain particular records.
The enquiry form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. It does not make automated decisions about you.
Service providers
The website and enquiry process involve the following providers:
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the enquiry endpoint.
- Resend processes enquiry details to deliver form submissions by email when the email service is configured.
- Google Workspace supports our business email and related correspondence.
These services may process information in countries other than your own. Their published privacy and data-processing information describes their international processing arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any related proposal or project. The relevant factors are whether discussions remain active, whether work proceeds, and whether records are needed for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute.
The enquiry endpoint does not write submissions to a website database. Submitted details may remain in email systems and provider records. Hosting and email providers have their own service-log and backup retention arrangements.
You can ask about information relating to your enquiry or request deletion by emailing info@nuvrixconnect.com.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy of certain information. These rights can have exceptions, including where records must be kept by law.
Send requests to info@nuvrixconnect.com. We may need information to confirm your identity before responding. You can also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country where applicable.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when the website or the way enquiry information is handled changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
