Outbound Team Setup
Build your dedicated outbound team.
We help you define the roles, find and assess candidates, set up their tools, and train the team to run outbound for your business.
Hiring support, setup, and training
Who this is for
Founders and businesses building their first outbound team, bringing outsourced work in-house, or adding people to an existing sales operation.
Typical scope
We agree the deliverables and boundaries for your implementation before work begins.
- Team structure, responsibilities, and hiring requirements.
- Role descriptions and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview support.
- Tool access, CRM setup, and onboarding plans.
- Account research, outreach, and follow-up playbooks.
- Practical training on your tools and sales process.
- Activity expectations, quality checks, and reporting routines.
- Initial ramp-up support and feedback.
- Documentation and handover to your internal team lead.
How setup works
Define the roles
Agree who you need, what they will own, and who will manage them.
Hire the team
Source and assess candidates against the agreed requirements. Your business makes the hiring decisions.
Equip and train
Set up access, document the playbooks, and practise the work with the team.
Support the handover
Review the initial work, address gaps, and hand day-to-day ownership to your internal lead.
What you receive
An outbound team hired by your business, equipped with the agreed tools, trained on your process, and handed over with documented responsibilities and playbooks.
Engagement
and scope
Your business makes hiring decisions and employs the team. We support recruitment, setup, and training. Ongoing people management, payroll, and third-party recruitment fees are not included unless separately agreed. System maintenance can be added through Managed Outbound Operations.
How we work together
A scoped team-building project, with the roles, hiring support, training, and ramp-up period agreed in advance. Any ongoing team management is a separate engagement.
Projects are quoted once we understand the requirements. Software subscriptions and third-party data costs are identified separately during scoping.
You retain ownership of your accounts, data, and agreed documentation.
